Systems, not one-off screens

Co-created Qu's first Global Design System, adopted by Enterprise Intelligence, Notify and Qu Order Management, built Volt at EOS, and started Qu's design reviews from zero.

Close to the people on the floor

I start with operators, support teams and enterprise customers before I open Figma.

Scoped with engineering, not handed to them

Hard constraints like offline mode, legacy data and rush hour speed shape the design from day one. Lately I prototype straight from PRDs with Claude.
